If you are looking for a sea view holiday location which is 10 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas then this is the ideal location for you.

 

The apartment is set in the relaxing coastal area of Amarilla Golf. Local bars, restaurants and three pools are within walking distance. Neighbouring Golf del Sur hosts nightly entertainment in “The Square” and The more local Premier bar lines up various entertaining evenings. The Wild Geese Irish bar hosts bands some evenings. The tunes range from soft rock to traditional to pop/soul.

 

The apartment which is a duplex style (bedrooms upstairs) boasts three sizeable terraces enabling you to privately soak up the sun for the whole day if you wish. The apartment is on the 1st (and 2nd) floor and is only accessible through the use of a stairway and is therefore not suitable for people who may find this difficult.  The height advantage lends itself well to people who will enjoy the views over the golf course and down to the sea and marina. The height advantage also helps with privacy as you do not have people on the footpaths having a direct view in.

The private pools are within one to three minutes walk. They all include a children’s splash area. They are surrounded by planting and shrubs making them an ideal place to relax. Sun beds, showers and loos are provided and a pool bar at Scorpio.  Aries pool is above a bar and has shops very close by.

 

Local activities include the choice of two golf courses. There are pitch/putt facilities and also instructor led golfing sessions for the amateur.

 

Water based activities include:- jet skies, scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing (boat hire), submarine trips fishing trips and boat trips.

 

Other nearby activities include:- Go karting, horse riding, pleasure parks, two fantastic aqua parks one that includes a dolphinarium.   Medieval banquet night at Castillo San Miguel

 

Attractions include: Mount Teide volcano and natural parks which hosts the most amazing views ever seen.

 

Nearby beaches: sandy beaches that offer a variety of activities include Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, El Medano, Playa de Fanabe. These are all reachable by car or taxi.

 

Local beach: is down the bottom of the road at the Marina. Rocky on one side and sandy on the other side of the marina.

 

Lively nightlife is not so far away at Veronicas strip in Playa de Las Americas. There are a huge selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs offering entertainment to suit all tastes from cabaret to karaoke and from seventies/eighties music to rap and garage.

 

Shopping: there are an abundance of shopping centres within a short distance. A local supermarket is two minutes walk. A row of shops and restaurants are across the golf course which is about 5 minutes walk.
